高校教师党支部“党建+育人”模式的实践与探索

摘要 笔者结合所在教师党支部建设与师德建设、人才培养相结合的工作实践,基于学生实际需求,探索以党建引领师德建设,助力学生升学、创新创业和专业技能提升的“党建+育人”工作模式。该模式促进了党建与教师、学生三者的有机结合,在建设服务型党支部实践中取得良好的双赢结果,是党建引领师德建设、助力培养高素质技能人才的实践典型,具有良好的可持续性和可推广性。 Based on the practice of combining the construction of the teachers’Party branch with the construction of teachers’ethics and talent training,the authors explored a“Party Building+Education”model of guiding the construction of teachers’ethics with Party building,assisting students in their further education,innovation and entrepreneurship,and enhancing their professional skills.This model promotes the organic integration of Party building,teachers and students,achieving a win-win result in the practice of building a service-oriented Party branch.It is a typical practice of Party building leading the construction of teachers’ethics and helping to culti-vate high-quality skilled talents,which is highly sustainable and can be well popularized.
