基于OBE理念的英语教师教育类课程的构建与实践研究--以“英语课程与教学论”为例

摘要 英语教师教育类课程建设,对于师范院校提升英语专业师范生教育水平、培养具有高素质复合型人才具有重要意义。基于OBE理念的课程构建,对于改革陈旧的教学模式和打造“以学生为中心”的教学模式具有重大意义。新的课程模式聚焦学习成果,能够使目标制定“精准化”;重构项目式教学内容,理论与实践相结合,能够使理论知识“落地化”;构建PIIORP混合式教学模型,能够使课堂实施最大限度“交互化”;建立全程多维度教学评价体系,能够使学生更加“主动化”。 The construction of educational courses for English teachers plays an important role in improving the educational level of English majors and cultivating high-quality talents.The construction of English teacher edu-cation curriculum based on OBE concept can achieve the training goal of normal students more comprehensively and accurately,and achieve the effect of curriculum learning.The new teaching mode focuses on learning results,which makes goal-setting more accurately;It reconstructs project-based teaching content,combining theory with practice,which makes theoretical knowledge more practical;It constructs PIIORP teaching model,and the class-room implementation is more interactional;It establishes the multi-dimensional evaluation system,and the stu-dents are more initiative.
