“三教”改革背景下职业教育数字化转型的探究与实践--以建筑工程技术专业为例

摘要 随着新时代的发展,自实施“三教”改革以来,数字化已成为开辟职业教育发展新路径和塑造职业教育发展新优势的关键突破口。基于此,该文阐述了“三教”改革如何助力职业教育数字化教学,强调其对培养全面发展的人才的重要意义。文章分析了在全要素、全流程、全场景教育数字化背景下深化“三教”改革所面临的问题和挑战,并探讨了如何在建筑工程技术专业中更新教育理念、转变育人思维,培养具备适应建筑工业化与智能建造新方向的施工技术与施工管理高素质复合型技术技能人才的途径。 With the rapid development of the new era,digitization has become a crucial breakthrough in opening up new pathways for the development of vocational education and shaping new advantages in vocational education since the implementation of the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods.Based on this,this article elaborates on how the reform contributes to the digitization of vocational education,emphasizing its significant im-portance in cultivating well-rounded talents.The article analyzes the challenges and issues faced in deepening the reform within the context of a fully digitized education system encompassing all elements,processes,and sce-narios.Furthermore,it discusses approaches to renewing educational philosophies,transforming pedagogical thinking,and nurturing highly skilled and versatile technical professionals in construction technology and con-struction management who can adapt to the new directions of industrialized and intelligent construction.
