电动汽车复合ABS控制策略仿真及参数分析

摘要 为了提高电动汽车在制动过程中的稳定性和安全性,提出了一种电动汽车复合防抱死制动系统(ABS)的控制策略,首先利用AMESim软件建立了电动汽车的仿真模型,并在Simulink中采用模糊逻辑控制的方法设计了具有四个独立通道的ABS控制方法,最后在低路面摩擦系数条件下进行仿真。仿真结果表明,所建立的联合仿真模型及其控制方法能够较好地模拟ABS制动的实际过程,保证车轮转速与车速保持较好的同步,可以提高电动汽车的转向性和稳定性。模型参数可调,因此可对不同参数对ABS效果的影响进行研究,该仿真模型可作为电动汽车ABS研究的良好平台。 In order to improve the stability and safety of electric vehicle during braking,a control strategy for electric vehicle with composite anti-lock brake system(ABS)is proposed.Firstly,a simulation model of electric vehicle is established using AMESim software,and an ABS control method with four independent channels is designed using fuzzy logic control method in Simulink.Finally,the simulation is carried out under the condition of low friction coefficient of road surface.The simulation results show that the established co-simulation model and its control method can simulate the actual process of ABS braking well,ensure the wheel speed and speed keep good synchronization,and improve the steering and stability of electric vehicle.The model parameters can be adjusted,so the influence of different parameters on the ABS effect can be studied,and the simulation model can be used as a good platform for the research of electric vehicle ABS.
