发动机悬置支架拓扑优化设计探究

摘要 节能减排和绿色环保已成为当今汽车行业的热门主题,汽车轻量化设计能够很好地达到降低燃油消耗和实现节能的目的,进而实现节能减排和绿色环保。为了研究出一条切实可行的能够实现汽车轻量化设计的可行方法,文章通过对某款商用汽车的发动机悬置支架进行拓扑优化计算,得出了指导设计的材料密度分布图。设计人员根据材料密度分布图设计出了减重版的发动机悬置支架,不但具备很好的铸造性能,同时符合材料密度分布的要求,达到零件质量降低24.5%、强度与刚度性能分别提升44%和22%的目标。文章研究出了一种通过融合计算机有限元分析和拓扑优化设计来实现零件降重,同时又能提升强度与刚度性能的方法和途径,实现了汽车轻量化设计的可行性。 Energy saving,emission reduction and green environmental protection have become a hot topic in today's automobile industry,and lightweight design of automobiles can well achieve the purpose of reducing fuel consumption and achieving energy saving,emission reduction and green environmental protection.In order to develop a feasible method to realize the lightweight design of automobile,this paper obtains the material density distribution diagram to guide the design through the topological optimization calculation of the engine mounting bracket of a commercial automobile.According to the material density distribution diagram,the designer designed a reduced weight version of the engine mounting bracket,which not only has a good casting performance,but also meets the requirements of the material density distribution,achieving the purpose of reducing the quality of the part by 24.5%,and improving the strength and stiffness performance by 44% and 22% respectively.This paper studies a method and way to reduce the weight of parts and improve the strength and stiffness performance by integrating computer finite element analysis and topology optimization design,which realizes the feasibility of lightweight design of automobile.
