四轮全地形车匹配CVT变速箱动力性仿真研究

摘要 为了论证一款钢带式无级变速器(CVT)匹配四轮全地形车的可行性,文章根据全地形车的动力总成结构,基于MATLAB建立了钢带式CVT匹配四轮全地形车的Simulink模型。使用该模型对整车的动力性进行仿真,通过对其使用工况的研究和最高车速、加速时间、最大爬坡度和最大牵引力的仿真计算,与客户设定的目标进行对比,为项目的可行性分析提供前期的论证依据。仿真结果显示,此款钢带式CVT能够很好满足客户的性能目标,同时验证了此模型能够很好的完成固定工况的仿真计算。 In order to demonstrate the feasibility of a steel belt continuous variable transmission(CVT)matching four-wheel all-terrain vehicle,this paper establishes a Simulink model of steel belt CVT gearbox matching four-wheel all-terrain vehicle based on MATLAB according to the powertrain structure of the all-terrain vehicle.Using the model,the dynamics of the whole vehicle are simulated,and through the study of its working conditions and the simulation calculation of the maximum vehicle speed,acceleration time,maximum climbing degree and maximum traction,the goals set by the customer are compared with the goals set by the customer,so as to provide a preliminary demonstration basis for the feasibility analysis of the project.The simulation results show that this steel belt CVT can meet the performance goals of customers,and at the same time,it is verified that this model can complete the simulation calculation of fixed working conditions.
