新型脉冲连续排料式干扰床分选机智能控制应用

摘要 针对传统干扰床分选机经常出现堵孔、壁侧积料、尾矿排料不连续等问题,提出了改进其机械结构的优化方案,增加了强制排料干扰器,并针对改进后的干扰床设计了智能控制系统;采用专家系统分析得出密度设定值和流量设定值,并采用PID闭环控制与触摸屏结合的可视化控制,实现了干扰床分选机的智能控制,提高了分选效果,降低了选煤厂人工成本。 In view of the problems of the traditional jammed bed separators,such as hole blocking,wall side material accumulation,tailings discharge discontinuity,etc.,an intelligent control system is designed for the improved interference bed,and the density and flow setting values are obtained by expert system analysis,and the visual control is combined with PID closed-loop control and touch screen,the intelligent control of interference bed separator is realized,the separation effect is improved and the labor cost is reduced.
