露天矿矿坑水处理技术研究

摘要 针对露天矿矿坑水悬浮物高、水质水量受环境影响较大以及项目地地质情况等特点,通过对比分析选出适用于本项目水质特点的处理工艺,即“辐流式预沉调节池+重介速沉水处理设备+V型滤池”工艺。该项目实施后,彻底解决了矿坑水处理稳定性,消除了水质水量波动对处理系统的冲击,同时扩大了系统的处理水量,减少了药剂损耗量,为矿区矿坑水处理提供了良好的支撑。 Based on the characteristics of high suspended solids in open-pit mine water,significant environmental impact on water quality and quantity,as well as the geological conditions of the project site,a treatment process suitable for the water quality characteristics of this project,namely“radial flow pre sedimentation regulating tank+heavy medium rapid sedimentation water treatment equipment+V-shaped filter”,was selected through comparative analysis.After the implementation of this project,the stability of mine water treatment was thoroughly solved,the impact of water quality and quantity fluctuations on the treatment system was eliminated,and the treatment water volume of the system was expanded,reducing the loss of reagents,providing good support for mine water treatment in the mining area.
