开展实景三维中国建设,是“十四五”时期基础测绘转型升级发展的重要任务之一。在分析实景三维的发展历程及其应用思考的基础上,对实景三维新型技术在不动产登记业务领域的应用进行探索,让数字空间智能走进日常的社会管理与民生服务,为实景三维在自然资源管理领域发挥应用提供思路。

The construction of 3D real scene is one of the important tasks of our country in the development of new basic surveying and mapping in the period of"the 14th Five-Year Plan".Based on the analysis of the development process of 3D real scene and the thinking about its development and application,the applications on the new technology of 3D real scene in the business fields of real estate registration are explored in this paper so as to let the digital spatial intelligence come into the daily social management and people's livelihood services,and meanwhile to provide ideas for the applications of 3D real scene in the field of natural resources management.
