无人机倾斜摄影测量在大比例尺地形图测绘中的应用——以晋城市基础测绘项目为例

摘要 随着城市化进程的迅猛发展,城市地理环境的多样性和复杂性显著增加,对精准、高效、高质量的地形图制作提出了更为迫切的需求。针对传统垂直摄影生产大比例尺地形图质量和效益不高的问题,探讨无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在基础测绘项目中的应用。通过无人机倾斜摄影所获取的影像信息,生成高精度三维模型,以此为基础进行地形图的外业调绘、修补测和内业采集与编辑,最终形成地形图成果。通过实例分析,展示了无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在提高工作效率、缩短生产周期、降低成本和人力投入方面的显著优势,并有效提高了成果质量:数学精度提高70%,地理精度平均得分提高15分。展现了该技术在大比例尺地形图测绘中的实用性和前景,尤其适用于城市复杂地形和建筑密集区的测绘,为城市规划和土地管理等领域提供优质的地理信息支持。 With the rapid development of urbanization,the diversity and complexity of urban geographical environment have increased significantly,which bring more urgent demands to accurate,efficient and high-quality topographic map making.Aiming at the problems in terms of low quality and low benefit of large scale topographic map produced by traditional vertical photography,the application of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in basic surveying and mapping project is discussed in this paper.Based on the image information obtained by tilt photography of UAV,the high-precision 3D model is generated,and then the topographic map is drawn,mended,collected and edited in the field.The advantages of tilt photogrammetry for UAV in improving work efficiency,shortening production cycle,reducing cost and manpower input are demonstrated through case analysis,and effectively improve the quality of the results:mathematical accuracy increased by 70%,the geographical accuracy of the average score increased by more than 15 points.The practicability and prospect of this technique in large-scale topographic map surveying and mapping are shown,which are especially suitable for the surveying and mapping of urban complex terrain and building-intensive areas,provide high quality geographic information support for urban planning and land management as well.
