摘要
随着城乡规模的发展、行政区划调整以及数学基础的更新,基于第二次土地调查确权登记成果的地籍区、地籍子区已经无法满足现阶段地籍管理工作的需要,亟待对其进行调整和更新。本文以昆山市农村集体土地所有权确权登记成果更新为例,在原有地籍区划界线基础上,结合第三次国土调查行政区划界线、高分辨率影像、城市规划数据等资料分析了地籍区、地籍子区的更新原则和方法步骤,以便更新成果能够更好地满足新形势下自然资源规范化管理的需要。
With the development of urban and rural scale,administrative division adjustments and updating of mathematical foundations,the current cadastral zones(sub-zones)based on the results of the second land survey and rights registration can no longer meet the needs of current cadastral management work and need urgent adjustment and updating.In this paper,the updating of the rural collective land ownership rights registration in Kunshan City is taken as an example,based on the original cadastral boundaries and combined with data such as the third national land survey administrative division boundaries,high-resolution imagery and urban planning data,the principles and methodological steps for updating cadastral zones(sub-zones)are analyzed.So as to ensure that the updated results can better meet the needs of standardized management in natural resources under new circumstances.
