Exploration and analysis for the practice of updating and transferring results in collective land ownership confirmation and registration in Shanxi Province

通过全面清理整合农村集体土地所有权确权登记存量数据,消除各类数据之间的矛盾和冲突,建立各类数据之间的联系,形成统一的不动产地籍“一张图”,实现空间、属性及登记业务等数据一体化存储,达到图、属一体化管理。根据相关法律法规和政策文件,结合实际工作经验,对集体土地所有权登记成果更新汇交工作进行一些思考。

By comprehensively cleaning and integrating the stock data of rural collective land ownership confirmation and registration,eliminating contradictions and conflicts among various types of data to establish connections among them,to form a unified"one map"of real estate cadastral registration,to achieve unified storage of spatial,attribute and registration business data,and also integrated management of maps and attributes.Based on relevant laws,regulations and policy documents,combined with my own practical work experience,some thoughts are compiled on the work.
