摘要
针对目前形成的多代1∶10000基础地理信息数据库、多期地理国情数据库、影像历史库、元数据库等存在的数据孤岛与多库交互问题,设计了包括应用层、设施层、服务层、数据层在内的总体架构与数据资源建设、数据库建设及包括管理服务系统在内的技术路线,从物理、逻辑结构视角实现了涵盖现势、历史、增量的时态数据与矢量、栅格、三维、瓦片、图等多模态数据统一归口管理。在此基础上,通过在土地整理复垦中的规划与实时评估应用探讨,表明设计的综合数据库能够提供较优的行业解决方案。
To address the issues of data isolation and interoperability among various databases such as the multi-generation1∶10000 basic geographic information database,multi-period geospatial condition database,image historical archive and metadata,an overall architecture including application layer,facility layer,service layer,and data layer,as well as the technical routes covering data resource construction,database construction,and management service systems are designed in this paper.From the perspectives of physical and logical structures,it achieves unified centralized management of temporal data encompassing current,historical and incremental aspects,as well as multi-modal data including vector,raster,3D,tile and graph formats.Based on this,through exploration of the application in land consolidation and reclamation planning and real-time evaluation,it is demonstrated that the comprehensive database can provide more superior industry solutions.
