摘要
为推动大学生就业工作数字化升级,进一步完善高校毕业生就业工作体系,实现毕业生就业服务的个性化、精准化,调研当前就业信息化平台建设现状,从政府、高校、企业、教师、学生等5个维度揭示平台存在的问题.提出利用互联网、大数据、云计算等数字技术构建就业大数据智慧决策支持体系模型,并阐述其工作机制、技术架构和应用价值.旨在满足大学生对高校就业服务的需求,促进其高质量充分就业,并为高校提供科学化、智能化决策支持.
In order to promote the digitalization and upgrading of college students’employment work,further improve the employment work system of college graduates,and achieve personalized and accurate employment services for graduates,an depth research on the current status of employment information construction from the government,universities,enterprises,teachers,and students reveals the problems in the construction and developmen.This study proposes the use of Internet,big data,cloud computing,and other digital technologies to build a big data intelligent decision support system model for employment,and elaborates its working mechanism,technical architecture and application value.This study aims to effectively respond to and meet the needs of college students for employment services,thereby promoting their high-quality and full employment,and providing scientific and intelligent decision support for universities and government managers.
