数字经济与共同富裕的耦合协调机制与效应研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination Mechanism and Effect of Digital Economy and Common Wealth

数字经济与共同富裕是当今中国发展的两大重要议题。进入新发展阶段,探索如何协调数字经济与共同富裕具有重大的理论与现实意义。数字经济可以赋能并推进共同富裕,共同富裕也可以为数字经济开拓新的发展空间。基于2011—2021年的省级面板数据,对我国数字经济与共同富裕发展水平进行综合评价,通过耦合协调模型分析两者的协调关系,并探究协调过程中所面临的问题。研究结果表明:①2012—2021年,数字经济综合指数与共同富裕综合指数均有显著提升,且两者出现了明显的区域差异,东部地区发展水平领先于其他地区。②数字经济与共同富裕之间的耦合协调关系呈增强趋势,但其中仍存在不协调的因素,且各地区之间发展不均衡现象明显,东部地区数字经济与共同富裕的耦合协调水平领先于其他地区。③在细分指标中,数字经济与富裕度的耦合关系最强;数字基础设施与共同富裕耦合度的区域差异较大;数字经济与共享度之间整体协调,但有部分省份处于失调状态。建议从缩小区域间数字经济发展差距、提升数字化发展水平、缩小收入差距和调整优化收入分配结构、提升西部地区经济社会发展水平等方面,推动数字经济与共同富裕协调发展。

s:Common wealth and digital economy are two important issues in China's develop‐ment today.Entering the new development stage,exploring how to reconcile the digital economy and common wealth is of great theoretical and practical significance.Theoretically,digital economy can empower and promote common wealth,and common wealth also opens up new de‐velopment space for digital economy.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of China's digital economy and common wealth,analyses the coupling and coordination relationship between the two through the coupling and coordination model,and explores the problems faced by the two in coor‐dination.Specifically,based on relevant theories,this paper firstly constructs the index system of digital economy and common wealth,and examines in detail the evolution trend and regional dif‐ferences between digital economy and common wealth in provinces of China.Secondly,use the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and common wealth in provinces and cities in China.The coupling and coordination re‐lationship between the two is specifically to analyze the coupling and coordination dynamics of the two from the level of first-level indicators.At the same time,according to the level of eco‐nomic development,the country is divided into eastern,central,western and northeastern re‐gions,and the coupling and coordination relationship between the two is discussed by region,so as to observe the different performances of the coupling and coordination relationship between digital economy and common wealth in each region.The results of the study show that:①China's digital economy composite index and common wealth composite index have both increased significantly from 2012 to 2021,both of which show obvious regional differences,with the eastern region's development level leading the other re‐gions.②The coupling and coordination relationship between China's inter-provincial digital economy and common wealth shows an increasing trend,but there are still uncoordinated factors,the development of inter-regional imbalance,and the coupling and coordination relationship be‐tween the two is especially obvious in the eastern region.③From the analysis of the coupling and coordination of digital economy's primary indicators and common wealth,there are significant re‐gional differences in the development foundation of China's digital economy and the coupling de‐gree of common wealth;the coupling relationship between digital industrialization and common wealth is vulnerable to external factors;the level of the coupling and coordination relationship between industrial digitization and common wealth is relatively high,and the gap among the re‐gions is relatively small.④From the analysis of the coupling and coordination of digital economy and common wealth's primary indicators,the coupling relationship between digital economy and affluence is stronger.There is overall coordination between digital economy and sharing degree,but some provinces are in a dysfunctional state.Based on the findings of this paper,it is recommended to construct specific paths to pro‐mote the coordinated development of digital economy and common wealth in terms of promoting the overall digital transformation,narrowing the gap of digital economy among regions,adjusting and optimizing income disparity and the structure of income distribution,and upgrading the level of western regions'development.
