摘要
用酶解去壁低渗火焰干燥法对内折香茶菜染色体数目及核型进行分析,结果表明:内折香茶菜属于二倍体,染色体数目为2n=52,基数为26;核型公式为K(2n)=52=28m+24sm,全组染色体总长为1.05μm,长臂总长为0.616μm.内折香茶菜的核型不对称系数为61.36%,其核型类型属于Stebbins核型分类中的“2B”类型.
The chromosome number and karyotype were analyzed using the enzymatic cell wall degradation and hypotonic flaming-drying method.The results showed that Isodon inflexus was diploid and the chromosome number was 2n=52,with a basic number of 26.The karyotype formula was K(2n)=52=28m+24sm.The total length of the whole group of chromosomes was 1.05μm,and the total length of the long arm was 0.616μm.The karyotype asymmetry coefficient was 61.36%,and the karyotype type belonged to the“2B”type of Stebbins karyotype classification.
