早产儿NICU住院期间主要照顾者应对方式现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and related influencing factors of coping strategies of primary caregivers during NICU hospitalization for premature infants

目的 分析早产儿NICU住院期间主要照顾者应对方式现状及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2021年10月至2023年1月期间医院NICU收治的早产儿主要照顾者73例作为本次研究调查对象,采用简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)评估主要照顾者应对方式现状,根据照顾者应对方式分为积极应对组,消极应对组,并比较两组基本资料,找出影响照顾者应对方式的相关因素。结果 73例早产儿主要照顾者积极应对57例(78.08%),消极应对16例(21.92%);两组家庭人均月收入、社会支持、SAS评分、PPUS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多项logistic回归分析结果显示,家庭人均月收入低、社会支持低、焦虑严重、疾病不确定感高是影响早产儿NICU住院期间主要照顾者应对方式的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 早产儿NICU住院期间主要照顾者多积极应对,但仍有部分患者消极应对,受到家庭人均月收入低、社会支持低、焦虑严重、疾病不确定感等危险因素的影响。

Objective To analyze the current situation and related influencing factors of coping strategies of primary caregivers during NICU hospitalization for premature infants.Methods 73 primary caregivers of premature infants admitted to the NICU hospital between October 2021 and January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)was used to evaluate the current status of the primary caregiver's coping style.According to the caregiver's coping style,they were divided into a positive coping group and a negative cop-ing group.Basic data of the two groups were compared to identify the relevant factors affecting the caregiver's coping style.Results among the 73 primary caregivers of premature infants,57 cases(78.08%)responded positively and 16 cases(21.92%)responded negatively;There was a statistically significant difference in the average monthly income,social support,SAS score,and PPUS score between the two groups of families(P<0.05);The results of multiple logistic re-gression analyses showed that low per capita monthly income,low social support,severe anxie-ty,and high uncertainty of illness were risk factors affecting the coping styles of primary caregiv-ers during NICU hospitalization for premature infants(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion During the hospitalization of premature infants in NICU,the main caregivers were mostly active in cop-ing,but there were still some patients who responded negatively,influenced by risk factors such as low per capita monthly income,low social support,severe anxiety,and uncertainty about the disease.
