医院对精神科不良事件应对能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of an Evaluation Index System of Hospital's Ability to Respond to Psychiatric Adverse Events

目的 构建科学、合理的医院对精神科不良事件应对能力的评价指标体系,为精神类医院和卫生行政部门相关政策的制定提供参考。方法 通过文献查阅与专家小组讨论分析,初步拟定函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对遴选出的20位领域专家进行两轮函询,在此基础上制定评价指标体系框架;采用层次分析法对各级指标进行权重计算。结果 两轮函询中的专家参与度均为100%,权威系数分别为0.86、0.92,表明专家权威性高;各层级指标变异系数均小于0.25,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.445、0.252,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,显示出较高的专家意见协调性。在此基础上,构建了医院对精神科不良事件应对能力评价指标体系。结论 本研究构建的医院对精神科不良事件应对能力评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,能够为精神科医院不良事件的评价与管理提供建议与指导。

Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of hospitals'ability to respond to psychiatric adverse events.In order to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies of psychiatric hospitals and health administrative departments.Methods Through literature review and expert group discussion and analysis,a preliminary correspondence questionnaire was developed,and two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 20 selected domain experts using the Delphi method.On the basis of the above,the framework of the evalu-ation index system was developed and the weights of the indicators at each level were calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Results The participation of experts in both rounds of correspondence was 100%,and the authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.92,indica-ting the high authority of experts.The coefficients of variation of indicators at each level were less than 0.25,and Kendall's W were 0.445 and 0.252,respectively,with P<0.01,and the differences were statistically significant,showing high coordination of experts'opinions.On the basis of the above,an index system was constructed to evaluate the hospital's ability to respond to psychiatric adverse events is constructed.Conclusion The evaluation index system of hospital's ability to respond to psychiatric adverse events constructed in this study has high scientificity and reliability.It can provide suggestions and guidance for the evaluation and management of adverse events in psychiatric hospitals.
