Suggestion and Investigation on Demand for Scrapping and Updating of Old Agricultural Machinery in Dezhou City

国务院和山东省《推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》中提出,支持老旧农业机械更新和农业机械装备升级。山东省德州市是农机大市,现代农机装备提升工程在“吨半粮”生产能力建设中发挥着关键支撑作用。本文对全市农机报废更新补贴政策实施效果和老旧农机设备更新需求进行了调研,在摸清现状和基本情况的基础上,以实际案例客观分析了农机报废更新工作中存在的困难和问题,从新形势下老旧农业机械设备更新的着眼点出发提出了意见和建议,以期对新质生产力视角下有效推动大规模老旧农机设备报废更新工作提供参考和支持。

Dezhou city is a big agricultural machinery city in Shandong Province,and agricultural machinery and equipment upgrading project plays a key supporting role in the construction of"one ton and a half grain"production capacity.In this paper,the implementation effect of subsidy policy for agricultural machinery scrapping and the demand for updating old agricultural machinery and equipment were investigated in the whole city.On the basis of finding out the current situation,the difficulties and problems existing in agricultural machinery scrapping and updating were objectively analyzed with practical cases,and suggestions were proposed from the perspective of updating old agricultural machinery and equipment under the new situation,so as to provide references for effectively promoting large-scale scrapping and updating of old agricultural machinery and equipment from the perspective of new quality and productivity.
