炼钢82B马氏体岛组织分析研究

摘要 采用金相检验分析方法,对高碳硬线82B中异常组织马氏体岛进行检验,并和多家钢厂进行对比试验及市场验证,总结出针对82B马氏体岛评级方法。同时分析了钢中马氏体岛的成因和组织缺陷问题,验证了金相实验室检测结果的准确性,对生产工艺的调整和产品质量提升有着重要意义。 The metallographic examination analysis method was used to examine the abnormal structure of martensite islands in high carbon hard wire 82B.Comparative experiments and market validation were conducted with multiple steel mills,and a rating method for martensite islands in 82B was summarized.At the same time,the causes and structural defects of martensite islands in steel were analyzed,and the accuracy of metallographic laboratory testing results was verified,which is of great significance for adjusting production processes and improving product quality.
