钢铁企业不同车间环境粉尘污染特征及控制措施分析

Analysis of Dust Pollution Characteristics and Control Measures in Different Workshop Environments of Steel Enterprises

为进一步探究钢铁企业的粉尘污染特征,以某大型钢铁企业为研究案例,结合《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》的相关要求,对该企业烧结、炼铁、炼钢和轧钢四个车间环境下的粉尘污染特征进行采样和汇总分析,确定当前该企业仍存在着烧结车间配料室圆盘给料机、单辊破碎机、振动筛部位的粉尘浓度偏高和炼钢车间矽尘浓度高的问题,由此根据上述两类问题制定针对性控制措施,以供参考。

In order to further explore the dust pollution characteristics of a steel enterprise,taking a large steel enterprise as a research case,combined with the relevant requirements of the Sampling Specification for Monitoring Harmful Substances in the Workplace Air,the dust pollution characteristics of the sintering,ironmaking,steelmaking,and rolling workshops of the enterprise were sampled and summarized.It was determined that there are still problems of high dust concentration in the sintering workshop's batching room disc feeder,single roll crusher,vibrating screen,and high silicon dust concentration in the steelmaking workshop in the current enterprise.Based on the above two problems,targeted control measures were formulated for reference.
