S304管道焊缝温度场的数值模拟与分析

摘要 采用ANSYS综合性有限元分析软件,对S304不锈钢材质的圆管焊接过程进行模拟,详细分析焊接过程中产生的温度场,并据此确定合理焊接参数。该分析方法对提高大型国际工程项目中焊接任务的效率和质量有积极影响。 Using ANSYS comprehensive finite element analysis software,the welding process of S304 stainless steel circular pipe was simulated,and the temperature field generated during the welding process was analyzed in detail,and reasonable welding parameters were determined based on this.This analysis method has a positive impact on improving the efficiency and quality of welding tasks in large-scale international engineering projects.
