摘要
主要介绍汉钢1280 m^(3)高炉在生产过程中,受原燃料质量影响、操作制度未及时调整、参数控制不到位,导致炉况失常、产量下降、经济技术指标变差。通过采取调整原燃料结构、优化布料制度和送风制度、调整操作参数,最终稳定炉况,并形成一套系统的高炉操作制度。
This article mainly introduces the production process of Han Steel's 1280 m^(3) of blast furnaces,which is affected by the quality of raw materials,the operation system is not adjusted in a timely manner,and the parameter control is not in place,resulting in abnormal furnace conditions,decreased output,and poorer economic and technical indicators.By adjusting the structure of raw materials and fuels,optimizing the distribution and air supply systems,adjusting operating parameters,and ultimately stabilizing the furnace condition,a systematic blast furnace operation system is formed.
