摘要
六钢轧钢技术创新团队在充分利用现有工艺装备的基础上,通过技术创新、改进及生产工艺路线优化,突破原始设备与产能不匹配的约束,利用技术手段进一步对设备进行综合性能开发,使轧制速度平均提高5 m/s,产能得到更大地释放,实现“提速增产,降本增效”的目的。本项目的实施与应用,是对线材前沿生产技术的实践,还对企业降低生产成本、提高生产效率有很大的裨益,同时也能够有效地节约资源,降低消耗,为国家节能减排作出积极贡献。
On the basis of fully utilizing existing process equipment,the Luan Steel Rolling Technology Innovation Team has broken through the constraints of mismatch between original equipment and production capacity through technological innovation,improvement,and optimization of production process routes.Through technological means,the team has further developed comprehensive performance of the equipment,resulting in an average increase of 5 m/s in rolling speed and greater release of production capacity,in order to achieve the goal of"increasing speed,increasing production,reducing costs,and increasing efficiency".The implementation and application of this project is a practice of cutting-edge production technology for wire rods,which is also of great benefit to enterprises in reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.At the same time,it can effectively save resources,reduce consumption,and make positive contributions to national energy conservation and emission reduction.
