摘要
结合新钢2500 m3高炉生产实践,分析了有害元素对高炉的危害和作用机理。重点分析了新钢原燃料条件下有害元素的分布和平衡,认为入炉碱金属主要来源是烧结、球团和厂内焦。通过采取控制碱金属、锌元素入炉量,适当提高碱金属、锌元素排出量,保持中心气流强劲,合理控制好渣系及合理的操作制度等措施,同时提升碱金属、锌元素对炉况不利影响的控制技术和应对技术,形成了合理操作炉型,实现高炉长期稳定运行。
Combined with the production practice of Xingang 2500 m3 blast furnace,the harm and action mechanism of harmful elements to blast furnace are discussed and studied.This paper mainly analyzes the distribution and balance of harmful elements under the raw fuel condition of new steel,and believes that the main sources of alkali metal are sintering,pellet and internal coke.By taking control of alkali metal,zinc into the furnace,improve the alkali metal,zinc discharge,keep the central air strong,reasonable control slag system and reasonable operation system,in order to improve alkali metal,zinc adversely affect the furnace condition control technology and response technology,formed the reasonable operation furnace,realize long-term stable operation of blast furnace.
