In order to further improve the company's on-site remediation and create a first-class enterprise in China,the coal preparation branch has selected dry fog dust suppression technology for the belt transportation system after industry comparison and on-site application practice.According to the characteristics of the process to install and debug the equipment,this paper analyzes the composition of dry fog dust suppression system equipment and the characteristics of the use effect in the plant.The practice proves that the dry fog dust suppression technology has obvious advantages,can realize automatic operation,has a very high dust removal efficiency and no secondary pollution,and has a broad application prospect in the belt transportation corridor and coke oven flue gas dust control.
