摘要
轧钢棒材车间冷床作业区钢筋取样作业采用人工切割钢筋方式,存在工作效率低、取样检测精度误差大以及人工切割成本高等问题。棒材生产线改造升级后,随着产量不断增加,人工取样劳动强度进一步加大。引入自动取样机器人系统,可实现取样作业全流程自动化控制,提高取样工作效率和检测精度,并能降低取样成本。
Currently,the steel bar sampling operation in the cold bed operation area of the steel bar rolling workshop adopts manual cutting of steel bars,which has problems such as low work efficiency,large sampling and detection accuracy errors,and high manual cutting costs.After the renovation and upgrading of the bar production line,with the continuous increase in output,the labor intensity of manual sampling has further increased.The introduction of an automatic sampling robot system can achieve full process automation control of sampling operations,improve sampling efficiency and detection accuracy,and reduce sampling costs.
