摘要
为进一步提升连铸工艺在钢铁冶炼的应用效果,保证铸坯的表面质量和避免漏液等事故的发生,在对连铸机设备简单概述及各部分系统分析的基础上,以结晶器为核心开展了系列研究,重点对其液位和振动的控制系统进行了设计,并明确了对应的控制参数。通过实验表明,所设计的结晶器控制系统可对振动位移进行平稳、快速控制,从而确保产品质量满足要求。
In order to further improve the application effect of continuous casting technology in steel smelting,ensure the surface quality of castings,and avoid accidents such as liquid leakage,a series of studies were carried out with the crystallizer as the core,based on a simple overview of continuous casting equipment and system analysis of each part.The control system for liquid level and vibration was designed,and the corresponding control parameters were clarified.Experiments have shown that the designed crystallizer control system can smoothly and quickly control vibration displacement,thereby ensuring that product quality meets requirements.
