摘要
为解决山西新景矿佛洼3号煤破碎围岩巷道原支护技术方案不能有效控制围岩变形,且后期多次修复效果不佳的问题,基于破碎围岩巷道变形破坏特征,提出了优化支护技术,并采用数值模拟验证支护参数的可行性。现场试验结果表明:采用优化技术后,巷道顶底板移近量、两帮收敛量最大值分别为79 mm、55 mm,顶板最大离层量为7.3 mm,有效控制了松软破碎岩层巷道围岩的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem that the original support technology scheme for the broken perimeter rock roadway of Fowu No.3 coal mine in Shanxi Xinjing Mine can not effectively control the deformation of perimeter rock,and the effect of repairing it many times in the later stage is not good,based on the deformation and damage characteristics of the broken perimeter rock roadway,the optimised support technology is proposed,and numerical simulation is used to verify the feasibility of the support parameters.The field test results show that the maximum values of the top and bottom plates'approximation and two gangs'convergence are 79 mm and 55 mm respectively,and the maximum amount of the top plate's separation from the layer is 7.3 mm,which effectively control the stability of the roadway perimeter rock in the soft and crushed rock layer after adopting the optimised technology.
