冶金机械设备中旋转密封阀失效及修复研究

摘要 旋转密封阀作为干熄焦系统排焦部分的核心组成,影响着排焦部分的正常运行。为了提升旋转密封阀的密封性能,对密封阀常见的失效情况进行了说明,并从星型转子结构、润滑系统和轴承三个方面对密封阀的结构进行了优化设计,最后对结构优化后密封阀的密封性能进行验证。结果显示:在静态泄漏量的对比中,优化前后密封阀泄漏量的最大值分别为37.8 mL/h和32.4 mL/h,最小值分别为3.75 mL/h和2.55 mL/h;在静态泄漏量的对比中,优化前后密封阀泄漏量的最大值分别为24.8 mL/h和8.02 mL/h,最小值分别为23.1 mL/h和6.99 mL/h。结构优化后密封阀的密封性能更好,降低了设备出现故障的可能性,延长了使用年限。 The rotary sealing valve is the core component of the focusing part of the dry quenching system,which affects the normal operation of the focusing part.In order to improve the sealing performance of the rotary sealing valve,the study explained the common failure of the sealing valve,and optimized the structure of the sealing valve from the perspectives of star rotor structure,lubrication system and bearing.Finally,the sealing performance of the sealing valve is verified.The results show that in the comparison of static leakage amount,the maximum leakage values of the optimized front and rear sealing valves were 37.8 mL/h and 32.4 mL/h,and the minimum values were 3.75 mL/h and 2.55 mL/h,respectively.In the comparison of static leakage amount,the maximum leakage amount of the optimized front and rear sealing valves is 24.8 mL/h and 8.02 mL/h,and the minimum value is 23.1 mL/h and 6.99 mL/h,respectively.The sealing performance of the sealing valve is better,the possibility of equipment failure is reduced,and the service life is extended.The optimized design of the sealing valve structure can provide methodological support for the repair of the sealing valve.
