摘要
对抽水蓄能电站机组在役高强螺栓质量安全检测技术进行了研究,提出了对螺栓内部质量超声波相控阵检测和超声波法检测螺栓轴向应力相结合的技术方法。采用相控阵检测螺栓内部质量能够精确地发现螺栓对比试样中的四个人工刻槽缺陷,采用超声波法检测螺栓轴向应力,检测精度误差在±2%以内,具有很高的检测精度。通过试验和数据分析结果表明,该检测方法能够快速地实现对水工金属结构在役高强螺栓的质量检测排除安全隐患,具有很高的工程应用价值。
The mirror plate is a critical part of thrust bearing of hydro generators and its quality is directly related to the safe operation of the generator.The coordination of the ideal smooth mirror plate and thrust bearings is a key factor for the safe and stable operation of the unit.In the process of the generator unit maintenance,the mirror plate grinding device is used to grind and polish the surface of the mirror plate,in order to meet the relevant technical requirements for roughness、smoothness、surface hardness and waviness.However,the relevant grinding device has been used for nearly ten years and has exposed some shortcomings on the maintenance site,which cannot fully meet the usage requirements.This article analyzes various problems of existing mirror plate grinding devices,proposes corresponding optimization measures,and successfully designs and manufactures an efficient,accurate,and safe grinding device.
