摘要
文章针对光纤通信中普遍存在的噪声问题,研究一种优化的小波变换去噪策略。首先,分析了光纤通信的基本过程和噪声来源。其次,介绍了小波变换的基本原理和信号去噪过程,包括小波分解、阈值处理以及信号重构等关键步骤。最后,引入一种基于统计的自适应阈值选择方法,以提高去噪的精准性和效率。通过在MATLAB平台上进行实验验证,结果表明该方法能显著提高信噪比(Signal-to-Noise Ratio,SNR)并降低均方误差(Mean Squared Error,MSE),具有一定的实用性和有效性。
Aiming at the common noise problem in optical fiber communication,this paper studies an optimized wavelet transform denoising strategy.Firstly,the basic process of optical communication and noise sources are analyzed.Secondly,the basic principle of wavelet transform and signal denoising process are introduced,including key steps such as wavelet decomposition,threshold processing and signal reconstruction.Finally,an adaptive threshold selection method based on statistics is introduced to improve the accuracy and efficiency of denoising.The experimental results on MATLAB platform show that this method can significantly improve the Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)and reduce the Mean Squared Error(MSE),which is practical and effective.
