浅议加强西藏自治区农业技术推广服务体系建设

Strengthening the Construction of Agricultural Technology Extension Service System in Tibetan Autonomous Region

针对西藏自治区农业技术推广服务水平不高,技术力量不足,推广服务形式单一,人员结构复杂,管理缺失等主要问题。提出形成多层次、全方位的服务体系,积极培育新型经营主体,积极扶持种养大户、家庭农场、农民合作组织和农业产业化龙头企业,加强人才培养,打造新型职业农民队,建立健全县、乡、村农业科技试验示范网络的农业科技推广服务模式,为西藏自治区构建科学、规范、高效的农业技术推广服务体系提供参考。

In view of the low level of agricultural technology extension service,insufficient technical strength,single extension service form,lack of supplementary service institutions,complex personnel structure,lack of management and other major problems,this paper proposed that form a multi-level and all-round service system,actively cultivate new-type operating entities,actively support large farmers,family farms,farmers'coop-erative organizations and leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization,strengthen the training of talents,create new-type professional farmers'teams,set up and improve agricultural science and technology experiment and demonstration networks in counties,townships and villages,so as to provide reference for the construction of a scientific,standardized and efficient agricultural technology extension service system in the Tibet Autono-mous Region.
