高线盘螺低温轧制工艺技术研究与应用

摘要 本文探讨了水钢一高线盘螺采用低温轧制的实践与应用。通过降低出炉温度、预穿水温度及吐丝温度,并结合除磷装置、环形喷雾、密集辊道喷雾冷却以及风机风道内喷雾装置的应用,实现了低温轧制工艺的优化。研究发现,低温轧制不仅能提高高线盘螺的物理性能,而且能有效降低合金成本。 This paper discusses the practice and application of low temperature rolling in 1#high speed wire rod of Shuigang.The optimization of low temperature rolling process was realized by reducing the tapping temperature,pre-penetrating water temperature and spinning temperature,combined with the application of descaling device,annular spray,dense roller spray cooling and fan air duct spray device.It is found that low temperature rolling can not only significantly improve the physical properties of high speed wire coil,but also effectively reduce the cost of alloy,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of iron and steel industry.
