钢包扩容改造工艺实践

摘要 在钢轧事业部新增KR、提钒炼钢及新增2^(#)精炼炉的条件下,钢包准备工艺也作了相应的调整,在不能改变钢包外壳尺寸同时考虑行车载重能力的条件下,通过改进钢包包衬结构,优化包衬使用材料,从扩大钢包容积、减轻钢包自重方面入手进行钢包改造;实践表明:通过改造钢包满足了现阶段生产的要求,也保证了钢包的安全使用。 The ladle preparation process has also been adjusted accordingly under the conditions of adding KR,vanadium extraction steelmaking and 2#LF in the Industrial Department of Steeling and rolling.Under the condition of not changing the size of ladle shell and considering the load capacity of traveling crane,the ladle is reformed by improving the lining structure of ladle and optimizing the lining material to expand the ladle volume and reduce the weight of ladles.The practice shows that the reformed ladle meets the requirements of production at the present stage and ensures the safe use of the ladle.
