摘要
为研究湿胶凝块中不愉快气味成分,通过气象色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析方法对甲酸凝固及自然凝固制备的湿胶凝块挥发性成分进行分析比较。结果表明:不同凝固方式凝块挥发性成分存在差异,两种凝固方式的凝块中都含有异丁醛、2-甲基丙烯醛、丁烯酮具、三氯甲烷、二甲基二硫,其中甲酸凝块臭气挥发性成分中二甲基二硫含量为40.46%,自然凝固中二甲基二硫含量为20.37%,可能是导致天然橡胶凝块散发恶臭气味的主要原因之一。
In order to research the unpleasant odor components in wet rubber coagula,a comparative analysis of the volatile constituents in formic acid-coagulated and naturally coagulated wet rubber coagula was conducted using the GC-MS analysis method.The results revealed distinctions in the volatile components of coagula formed through different coagulation approaches.The same substances identified in both coagulation methods included isobutyraldehyde,2-methylpropenal,butenone,chloroform,and dimethyl disulfide.Notably,dimethyl disulfide constituted 40.46%of the unpleasant volatile components in formic acid-coagulated coagulum,while its content was 20.37%in natural coagulation coagulum,it’s may be a primary factor contributing to the unpleasant odor emitted by natural rubber coagula.
