摘要
课程思政背景下,实现思政教育与学科知识体系教育有机的结合统一,是做好职业本科院校课程思政教学和改革工作的重点和难点。在职业本科的教学工作中,为了能够更好地实现课程思政育人目标,“双师型”教师在课堂中应实现专业教学和德育培养相互促进、相互融合。就电气自动化专业“双师型”教师在课程思政中遇到的困境进行了分析,并以可编程序控制器应用技术课程为例,提出了课程思政建设的提升和培养方法,以及电气自动化专业教师队伍思政建设的途径。
Under the background of ideological and political education in the curriculum,achieving the organic integration and unity of ideological and political education with subject knowledge system education is the key and difficult point of doing a good job in ideological and political education and reform in vocational undergraduate colleges.In the teaching work of vocational undergraduate education,in order to better achieve the goal of ideological and political education in the curriculum,double-position teachers should promote and integrate professional teaching and moral education in the classroom.The difficulties encountered by the double-position teachers in the field of electrical automation in the process of ideological and political education are analyzed.Taking the course of“Application Technology of Programmable Controllers”as an example,methods for improving and cultivating ideological and political education in the course,as well as ways of ideological and political construction of the teachers in the field of electrical automation are proposed.
