There are some institutional obstacles in the allocation of rural collective land,such as the virtual system of collective ownership of rural land,the one-way circulation of urban and rural elements,the difficulty in implementing the relevant systems to promote the allocation of rural collective land resources,and the market and system of rural comprehensive property rights circulation and trading need to be improved.The establishment of rural land cooperatives,breaking through the institutional bottlenecks that affect the flow of urban and rural factors,strengthening the daily supervision of land resources,and establishing a fully functional rural property rights circulation and trading market are the keys to promoting the optimal allocation of rural land resources and reshaping the value form of collective resource assets.
