摘要
当前,我国铁路发展处于完善网络和提升效能的关键阶段,施工产生的弃渣处置已成为工程顺利建设和验收的关键难题。系统分析了铁路工程弃渣的特点,基于法律法规梳理了弃渣综合利用的要求,以宣城至绩溪高速铁路项目为例,从弃渣综合利用途径、管理、成效等方面论证弃渣资源化利用的必要性,并提出了铁路工程弃渣综合利用技术体系和对策,以期为新时代高速铁路水土保持高质量发展提供支撑。
China's railway development currently stands in the crucial stage of improving the network and the efficiency.The disposal of construction waste slag has become a key problem in the smooth construction and acceptance of the project.We systematically analyze the characteristics of railway waste slag,and summarize the requirements of slag comprehensive utilization based on laws and regulations.Taking the Xuancheng-Jixi high-speed railway project as a typical case,we demonstrate the necessity of resource utilization from the aspects of approaches,management and effectiveness of comprehensive utilization of waste slag.Finally,we propose a technical system and measures for comprehensive utilization of railway waste slag to support the high-quality development of soil and water conservation for high-speed railway in the new era.
