智慧农业、支农资金对乡村振兴的影响——基于长江经济带的实证

Impact of Smart Agriculture and Agricultural Financial Funds on Rural Revitalization:Based on the Empirical Evidence of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

选取长江经济带11省市2011—2021年的面板数据,利用PVAR模型检验了智慧农业、支农资金对乡村振兴的影响。结果表明:智慧农业对乡村振兴具有正向影响,但不显著。支农资金初期对乡村振兴具有负向影响,但随着时间的推移,这种影响由负转正,并且显著。智慧农业和支农资金对彼此都具有正向的作用,并且显著。建议大力支持智慧农业基础设施建设,制定智慧农业精细化发展规划;促进城乡要素平等交换,防止农业资金外流,提高农资使用效率。

Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2021,the impact of smart agriculture and agricultural financial funds on rural revitalization is tested by the PVAR(Panel Vector Autoregression)model.Results indicate that smart agriculture exerts a positive but not significant impact on rural revitalization.Initially negative,the effect of Agricultural Support Funds transforms positive over time and becomes more significant.Smart agriculture and agricultural financial funds have a positive and significant effect on each other.Our study advocate strong support for the construction of smart agriculture infrastructure and the refined development plan for smart agriculture to promote balanced exchange of urban and rural factors,prevent agricultural fund outflows,and improve the efficiency of agricultural materials.
