摘要
老挝地域狭长,山脉密布,降雨量偏大,且部分地区移动网络(2G/3G/4G/5G)的覆盖性差,水文监测能力提升是水文监测领域亟待解决的难题。在广泛收集老挝地区地形条件、气候条件以及现有水文测站基础信息、边境地区水文监测信息的基础上,在移动网络与北斗卫星双信道传输、老挝水文数据服务中心建设、兼容性架构设计、数据安全与加密等方面对老挝地区水文监测进行研究探索,以提高老挝水文监测能力。
Laos,featured with long and narrow terrain and dense mountainous areas,suffers from heavy rainfall and inadequate coverage of mobile networks(2G/3G/4G/5G)in some areas.Improving hydrological monitoring capacity is an urgent problem to be solved in Laos.This research addresses this challenge based on comprehensive data of terrain and climate conditions,basic information of existing hydrological stations and hydrological monitoring information from border areas.Key focuses include:(1)dual-channel transmission with both mobile network and Beidou satellite systems;(2)integration of diverse hydrological data to establish a hydrological data service center;(3)compatibleand scalablearchitecturedesign;and(4)datasecurity and encryption.
