摘要
目前,地质资料馆藏机构很难在用户借阅期间对数据进行快速专业分析,无法提供深入的地质专业支持,只能提供地质资料查找和借阅的初级服务模式。本文分析了人工智能大模型技术的特点和馆藏地质资料利用服务工作的现状,从两方面提出了服务模式转型的构想。在软件工具方面,通过建设地质资料人工智能大语言模型和智能系统,适应智能软件的交互形态,实现地质资料服务的智能化和高效化。在人员素质方面,通过培养服务人员对人工智能技术的理解和应用能力,提升地质专业知识服务水平,使他们能够更好地利用智能系统为用户提供精准、专业的地质资料利用服务。通过两方面的结合,推动地质资料服务由数据服务向知识服务转型、事务服务向专业服务转型。
At present,geological data collection institutions are unable to conduct rapid professional analysis and provide in-depth geological professional support during user borrowing,and can only provide a basic service model for searching and borrowing geological data.This article analyzes the characteristics of large language models and the current situation of geological data utilization services in library collections,and proposes the concept of service mode transformation from two aspects.In terms of software tools,by building large language models for geological data and optimizing the interaction form of intelligent software,the intelligence and efficiency of geological data services can be achieved.In terms of personnel quality,by cultivating service personnel's application ability of artificial intelligence technology,their ability in geological professional knowledge services can be enhanced,enabling them to better utilize intelligent systems to provide users with accurate and professional geological data utilization services.By combining two aspects,the transformation of geological data services from data services to knowledge services,and from transactional services to professional services can be promoted.
