基于智慧自然资源的土地整治与生态修复监测监管系统设计与实现——以广东省为例

摘要 本研究旨在设计和实施基于智慧自然资源的广东省土地整治与生态修复监测监管系统,以提高土地整治与生态修复工作的效率和质量,为广东省政府提供科学决策支持。采用文献分析法和系统分析法,并结合遥感、地理信息系统、大数据等现代信息技术完成了该系统的设计和实施。目前,该系统已在广东省21个地市和相应区县实现全面运行,为省、市、县级土地整治与生态修复业务提供统一的服务平台。该系统的应用有效提高了土地整治与生态修复工作的监测监管水平,可为其他地区的土地整治与生态修复监测监管提供有价值的经验和参考。未来研究可进一步提升数据采集的准确性和预警评估的能力,提高系统的应用价值和实用性。 This study aims to design and implement a monitoring and supervision system for land consolidation and ecological restoration in Guangdong based on intelligent natural resources,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of land consolidation and ecological restoration,and provide scientific decision-making support for the Guangdong provincial government.By adopting literature analysis method and system analysis method,combined with modern information technology such as remote sensing technology,geographic information system(GIS)technology and big data technology,the system has been successfully designed and implemented.At present,the system has been fully operational in 21 cities and corresponding districts and counties in Guangdong,providing a unified service platform for land consolidation and ecological restoration business at the levels of province,city and county.The application of the system has effectively improved the monitoring and supervision level of land consolidation and ecological restoration,and has promoted the innovation and development of related technologies.In addition,the results of this study also provide valuable experience and references for the monitoring and supervision of land consolidation and ecological restoration in other regions.Future research can further improve the accuracy of data collection and the ability of early warning evaluation,so as to further improve the application value and practicability of the system.
