摘要
人才培养是高校的根本任务,也是高等教育的核心内容。课程思政理念下,深入挖掘学科课程思政元素,有助于提升人才培养质量,激发学生的学习热情,调动学生的学习积极性,从而提升人才培养质量。但在学科课程思政元素挖掘的过程中还存在学科课程思政改革的宽度与思政元素挖掘的精度不够、学科课程思政育人的一体化教学管理体系难以建立、学科教师的课程思政意识有待提高、学科课程思政教育的质量评价体系尚待建构等问题。在挖掘学科课程思政元素时应从元素属性中积极提炼课程思政元素的育人目标,保障课程思政教育的“又红又专”;从教学环节中多角度深挖学科的课程思政元素,确保课程思政教育的“源头活水”;从教学方法与手段中拓展课程思政元素的融合路径,力促课程思政教育的“水乳交融”;从教学策略中反思课程思政元素挖掘的实施路径,保证课程思政教学策略的“不拘一格”。通过实现专业教育与课程思政元素的应用相辅相成、在专业教育之下进行德育教育、积极挖掘课程思政元素的专业载体、创新课程思政教育的方法手段等提升学科课程思政元素的应用效能。
Talent cultivation is the fundamental task of colleges and universities,and also the core content of higher education.With the concept of ideological and political education throughout the curriculum,in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements of subject curriculum is helpful to stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning,thus to improve the quality of talent cultivation.However,there are still some problems and difficulties in the exploration of ideological and political elements,such as the insufficient ideological and political education reform,the inadequate precision in the exploration of ideological and political elements,the difficulty in establishing the integrated teaching management system of ideological and political education,the need to improve teachers’awareness of ideological and political education,and to construct the evaluation system of ideological and political education.In exploring the ideological and political elements of the subject curriculum,we should actively extract the education objectives from the attributes of the elements to ensure the“red and professional”of the curriculum ideological and political education.In the teaching process,we should explore the curriculum ideological and political elements profoundly from multiple perspectives in order to ensure the“source of living water”of curriculum ideological and political education.From the teaching methods and means,we should develop diversified paths to achieve the integration of the curriculum ideological and political elements.From the teaching strategy,we should reflect on the implementation path of exploring curriculum ideological and political elements to ensure the curriculum ideological and political educating strategy“flexible”.The application efficiency of ideological and political elements of curriculum can be improved by realizing the mutually reinforcing between professional education and the application of ideological and political elements of curriculum,by conducting moral education under professional education,by actively exploring the professional carrier of ideological and political elements of curriculum,and by innovating the methods and means of ideological and political education of curriculum.
