加快公共图书馆文旅融合,推进公共文化服务高质量发展——以承德市为例

Accelerate the Integration of Culture and Tourism in Public Libraries and Promote the High-Quality Development of Public Cultural Services--A Case Study of Chengde City in Hebei Province

公共图书馆是全民阅读服务的主体,是公共文化服务体系的关键部分,也是贯彻文旅融合政策的重要平台,在很大程度上决定着公共文化服务的质量。本文通过对承德市公共图书馆文旅融合现状进行调查,并借鉴国内经验、分析优势与不足,从而提出承德市公共图书馆与旅游融合发展的几点对策,以期在文化与旅游的融合中,提升文化自信,提高文化软实力,推动中国特色社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣。

The public library is the main body of national reading service,the key part of the public culture service system,and the important platform to carry out the culture and tourism integration policy,largely determines the quality of the public cultural services.By investigating the present situation of culture and tourism integration in Chengde public libraries,drawing lessons from domestic experience,and analyzing advantages and disadvantages,this paper puts forward several countermeasures for the integrated development of Chengde public libraries and tourism,with a view to enhancing cultural self-confidence,improving cultural soft power,and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the integration of culture and tourism.
