摘要
前列腺癌是男性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其早期不易被发现,通常确诊时已发展至中晚期,治疗较为棘手。前列腺特异性抗原是目前早期筛查前列腺癌的主要指标。然而,其特异性不足可能导致过度诊断。蛋白质组学是研究生物体内蛋白质特征的方法,包括表达、功能、定位和修饰等。前列腺癌蛋白质组学可提供癌细胞内全部蛋白质信息,反映细胞内蛋白质在病理情况下的变化,为前列腺癌研究提供高通量、高灵敏度支持,对疾病诊断、治疗和监测具有重要意义,有助于阐明肿瘤发生机制、发现生物标志物及指导个性化治疗。
Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the male reproductive system,which is not easy to be detected in the early stage,usually diagnosed at the middle and late stage,and the treatment is quite challenging.Currently,prostate-specific antigen is the main indicator of early screening for prostate cancer.However,its lack of specificity may lead to overdiagnosis.Proteomics is a method to study the characteristics of proteins in living organisms,including expression,function,localization,and modification.Prostate cancer proteomics can provide all protein information in cancer cells,reflect the cellular protein under pathological changes,provide high throughput,high sensitivity support,and has great significance for the disease diagnosis,treatment and monitoring,provding help to clarify the mechanism of tumor,find biomarkers and guide individualized treatment.
