富血小板纤维蛋白在口腔种植软组织处理中的应用

摘要 富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)是一种从自体血液中提取的血小板浓缩制品,具有三维立体结构且富含血小板及高浓度的生长因子,因此被视为是一种结构稳定的、具有良好弹性且可促进组织愈合及再生的生物材料,具有可促进软硬组织愈合、抗炎及抗感染作用。近年PRF已广泛用于口腔软组织处理且获得良好的临床疗效。因此,深入了解PRF在口腔软组织中的基础研究及临床应用,可促进口腔颌面部软组织再生,为疾病的治疗提供参考依据。 Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)is a concentrated product of platelets extracted from autologous blood,which has a three-dimensional structure and is rich in platelets and high concentration of growth factors.Therefore,it is regarded as a structurally stable,elastic and tissue healing and regeneration-promoting biomaterial that can promote soft and hard tissue healing,and has anti-inflammatory and anti-infection function.In recent years,PRF has been widely used in oral soft tissue treatment and achieved good clinical efficacy.Therefore,a deep understanding of the basic research and clinical application of PRF in oral soft tissue,can promote the oral and maxillofacial soft tissue regeneration,providing references for the disease treatment.
