Research Progress of Osteoarthritis Classification and Modeling Methods

骨关节炎(OA)是临床常见的关节退行性疾病,不同分型建立了相应的造模方法。临床上,其现代医学分型大致可分为创伤性、代谢性、衰老性、遗传性和疼痛性5种。而传统医学则强调“痹”“虚”和“瘀”的病机演变。相对临床而言,实验对象和方式的选择、处理是实验成功的前提。而体内模型和体外细胞培养则反映了临床症状和实验方式的交集。在体内模型建立方面,手术造模效果得到公认,结合药物使用可以更真实地模拟OA的发病状态,是造模方法的一个改进方向。另一方面,体外细胞培养的材料和方法选择仍在迭代更新,未来可以围绕提升细胞稳定性和可控制度进行深度研究。

Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common clinical degenerative disease of joints,and corresponding modeling methods have been established for different subtypes.Clinically,its modern medical classification roughly includes five types trauma,metabolic,aging,hereditary and pain.The classification of traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the pathogenesis evolution of"bi","deficiency"and"stasis".Compared with clinical practice,the selection and treatment of experimental subjects and methods are the prerequisite for the success of the experiment,while in vivo model and in vitro cell culture reflect the intersection of clinical symptoms and experimental methods.In terms of in vivo modeling,the effect of surgical modeling has been recognized,and the combination of drug use can more truly simulate the onset of OA,which is an improved direction of the modeling methods.On the other hand,the selection of materials and methods for in vitro cell culture is still being iteratively updated,and in the future,in-depth research can be conducted around improving cell stability and controllability.
