延长的间歇性肾脏替代治疗的研究进展

摘要 延长的间歇性肾脏替代治疗(PIRRT)是传统间歇性血液透析的扩展。PIRRT通过延长血液透析时间和降低血液透析速率,有效解决血液透析中的血压不稳定及体液平衡问题,从而降低血液透析相关并发症的发生风险。PIRRT不仅能改善患者的肾功能恢复情况、提高患者生存率,还能降低血管内血栓、感染和低血压的发生率,在提高肾脏疾病患者生命质量和减少医疗资源消耗方面具有重大潜力。未来需进一步探索PIRRT的最佳实施方案,如治疗频率、持续时间及其在特定人群中的效果,从而为肾脏疾病的临床治疗提供更多选择。 Prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy(PIRRT)is an extension of traditional intermittent hemodialysis.PIRRT effectively solves the problems of blood pressure instability and fluid balance issues during hemodialysis by prolonging hemodialysis time and reducing hemodialysis rate,thereby reducing the risk of complications related to hemodialysis.PIRRT not only improves the recovery of renal function in the patients and increases their survival rate,but also reduces the incidences of intravascular thrombosis,infection,and hypotension.It has significant potential in improving the quality of life of patients with kidney disease and reducing medical resource consumption.In the future,it is necessary to further explore the optimal implementation plan of PIRRT,such as treatment frequency,duration,and its effectiveness in specific populations,in order to provide more options for the clinical treatment of kidney diseases.
