外治法治疗强直性脊柱炎的作用机制研究进展

外治法治疗改善强直性脊柱炎(AS)症状的效果显著,对延缓病情进展亦有一定效果。外治法方法多样、操作简单、价格较低廉,其不良反应较少,已在临床广泛运用。临床常将西药与中医药内外治法结合治疗AS,其缓解AS患者腰背部疼痛,减轻肝肾、胃肠道功能损害的疗效良好。目前关于外治法治疗AS的文献报道较多,但关于其作用机制的研究报道较少,因此未来还需要对外治法治疗AS的作用机制进行深入研究,以为外治法治疗AS提供更多客观理论依据。

The effect of external treatment on improving the symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is significant,and it also has a certain effect on delaying the progression of the disease.External treatment methods are diverse,easy to operate,and cost-effective,with fewer adverse reactions,and have been widely used in clinical practice.In clinical practice,a combination of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment is often used to treat AS,which has a good therapeutic effect on relieving lower back pain and alleviating liver,kidney,and gastrointestinal dysfunction in AS patients.At present,there are many literature reports on the treatment of AS with external therapy,but there are few research reports on its mechanism of action.Therefore,in the future,further in-depth research is needed on the mechanism of action of external therapy for AS,in order to provide more objective theoretical basis for the treatment of AS with external therapy.
